     The information in this Shop Manual covers a brief descrip­tion of construction, and thorough data on operation, care, specifications, and overhaul of the various units of the Chevrolet Passenger Cars and Trucks.

 

     This Manual should be kept in a place handy for quick reference. Properly used, you will be able to better service Chevrolet Cars and Trucks, building an enviable reputation for outstanding service in your locality.

     A "Service News Reference" memoranda space has been provided at the end of each section so you may note any additional service information received during the current year following publication of the Manual. Certain helpful service information, not incorporated into this Manual, which appeared in previous issues of Service News, is already listed on the Service News Reference page for the section involved.
